I am a level 3 personal trainer and GP referral specialist. Since I was a child I have been a keen participant in sports and for the last seven to eight years I have been competing in a number of sports like kickboxing, boxing and Muay Thai. I have also had experience of working in a number of gyms like Nuffield Health.
